Dr. Serrano Lopez received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Universidad Interamericana in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and his Medical Degree from the Universidad Interamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

He practiced medicine as a Primary Care, Wound Care and Emergency Care Physician in Puerto Rico before relocating to Florida.
