Dr. Hernandez Torres received her Medical Degree from the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. She worked as Primary Care and Emergency Physician in Puerto Rico before relocating to Florida.

Dr. Hernandez Torres is a member of the College of Medical Surgeons of Puerto Rico and the American Medical Association.
