Dr. Piloto attended medical school at the Ernesto Guevara de la Serna University in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba.

He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Abel Santamaría Hospital in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba before moving to South Africa to serve as a Principle Medical Officer for a Medical Center.

Dr. Piloto completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York
