Dr. Harold Velaydez is a compassionate primary care physician dedicated to patient-centered care. He specializes in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and senior care. Dr. Velaydez earned his Doctor of Medicine from Universidad del Norte School of Medicine in Colombia. He completed his medical internship at Hospital Auxilio Mutuo in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he also served as Chief Intern, gaining extensive experience in hospital-based medicine.
